Vaginal discharges are often a sign of vaginal yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, or sexually transmitted diseases. On the other hand, abnormal bleeding may be attributed to a small polyp, ovarian cysts, hypothyroidism. fibroid tumors or pelvic infection. Have this evaluated by your gynecologist for proper management. A complete physical and pelvic examination and some tests may be done to determine the underlying cause.
