womens health suspected pregnancy

	i have the symptoms of pregnancy ie, acne, nausea,adominal(lower right side)pain,constant urinating and a small lump in the abdominal area.several tests have come back negative and ive had a period 2and half wks ago as normal.

Other differentials could be an infection or inflammation. Have the lump evaluated further by your doctor for proper management.
